The 16,090th post you make on a rugby league forum states that Tom Briscoe is a woeful player... I’m so glad I didn’t have to read the rest
The lad made one bad mistake in the Aussie game but he quite clearly is a talented player who will be a real asset to England for years to come |

Clubb did very well indeed scoring 4 tries. But they were playing PNG.
I dont think he can be truely judged until he's given a chance against NZ or Aus.
He's a big unit but in no way whatsoever has he got enough pace to play centre at the highest level.
If he's ever going to play against the Aussies or Kiwis it should be in the backrow. |

Um, not an international, but I have very painful memories of Leroy Rivett also scoring 4 tries - at Wembley. The defence against him that day probably was no less inept than PNG's was today. Didn't we have a very slow, crocked centre defending against him on the wing after Offiah had limped off?
Well done today Clubby but I'm sure you know that one performance doesn't make a career. |
