pretty sure the smc at the kc stadium have already made the venue available and will almost certainly get the england vs nz game

Drunkest game of football fans I've ever seen.
With a bit more effort, some cross promotion with the NRL's marketing base for expats and creating an 'event' day hype they could fill out the stoop.
Gutted that the 4nations is down under this year, had a great time during the 4 nations last year.

Exactly. Though this is all pretty relative as an article last week said Wales would only be having two home games. Would hope they see the sense in having a Wales vs. England game in terms of marketing though and if not the Millennium Stadium then at least Cardiff City Stadium or the Liberty Stadium.

it was a quality game of rugby, and one of the funnist most boozed up crowds i have ever seen (i was sober for once at the stoop) but it wouldn't take musch effort for that game to sell out in two years time

| what is the point of a double header? You only have to look at Magic weekend to see they dont work.

Agree, but for that slightly different reasons in that all of the games are important for their own reasons and so shouldn't be downgraded to curtain raisers etc. I'd much rather see an Academy international between the competing nations as a curtain raiser.

| Sod it, while we're at it.
Wales vs. England - Cardiff City Stadium
Australia vs. New Zealand - Craven Cottage/Loftus Road (whichever one is best for Barry to get to)
England vs. Australia - DW Stadium
Wales vs. New Zealand - Racecourse Ground
England vs. New Zealand - KC Stadium
Wales vs. Australia - Liberty Stadium or Racecourse Ground, depending on availability?
Final - suppose it'll have to be Bellend Road

I picked Sheffield as I am bored of Elland Road. And couldnt think of another suitable stadium of around the same size in the North. That will open its door for RL in november.
I also picked leigh or Warrington as about 14,000 or slight less will be about right for a England v Wales match.
I would love to pick the bigger grounds as we did in the 80's & 90's but for some reason no bugger wants to turn up. Yet we get 60,000 fans a week in Super League.

| Eng/NZ has been pretty much confirmed to be at the KC.
There should be a game in Wigan, as the KC and DW are the two best Sl stadiums, and as such should host a game each.
Wales should get 2 'home' games, probably both again Aus/NZ, and I can see one being played in Wrexham and the other near Cardiff or somewhere down in South Wales.

Looks very likely.
