| Full time at the Gnoll and the score is Wales 31-30 Ireland.
Defence is poor on both sides. Makes for a cracking game though.

Blimey!
Defences might have been poor but I bet that was a good match to watch!

| A few of us have been saying it's a crying shame it wasn't available on tv or at least on the radio. Hopefully there will be highlights available soon.

Typical, unfortunately. But hopefully the tries will be shown on the International Tries show this week on Sky.
I wonder how many were at Neath to watch?

That is better than I had imagined it would be, given the non-league nature of the area. Let's hope they found the competitive nature of the game good to watch.

| In would imagine it would have been more had the game been marketed better. Games like this should be given at least six months publicity, allowing tickets to be bought at Welsh amateur games aswell as South Wales Scorpions and Crusaders games.

Marketing is the sport's worst element, it really is. Whether at international, national or club level: rugby league can't or won't market itself.

| I've sent two emails to BBC Radio 5 this evening to ask them to include the weekend's European Cup results... nothing.
European rugby union cup results between French and Italian teams got a mention in the sports reports and there was an interview with one of the Leicester rugby union players.

What's the email address? When I go hunting for email addresses I can never find the one I want so this time I'm going to ask someone who has actually done the job. I'd be happy to email as well to help do the RFL's job for them!

Depends on the programme, but the standard is 5live@bbc.co.uk
I usually get a response or even a read out live on air.
