i think at one point we were 6-2 up on the penalties then in the 2nd half it was 6-7 though im not sure, he did seem to be a bit eager on some things but not others, IE: doing us for high tackles but choosing not to penalise saints, however no complaints from me about the result, best (most clinical ) team won.

I'm afraid it does spoil it for me. You'd think, with all the success and recognition that goes to Saints, that the KR crowd would be a bit more magnaminous. Instead, if the opposition tackles, passes, kicks, plays the ball, looks at a Saints player, runs forward or heaven forfend has the audacity to break a tackle, they are treated to a chorus of BOOOOOOOOOOOOO! Perhaps the KR fans would prefer games just to feature 13 players, all playing for Saints.

Agreed the players are too thick to work out why they get penalised for the same offence time and time again. You just wouldn't credit would you.



Nope, that down to the thick players who wont play by the rules but are too thick to realise this cos every week the match officials penalise them for the same rule breaking and they still havn't worked it out.

If the [ihome[/i supporters pressurising a referee to give the [ihome[/i team certain decisions in the game spoils your viewing then I am absolutely amazed that you have managed to view a single game of rugby in your entire life.

It's particularly noticeable at saints with the gantry positioned where it is. The same occurs to an extent at Leeds and Warrington but at Knowsley Road The cameras and mics are actually as near as dammit in the middle of the most vociferous section of the crowd.
When the boo boys come out to play it can sound a bit like the toys are being thrown out of the pram at times, especially when they resort to booing good play by the opponents as pointed out by Asgardian13.

Happens at every ground in the country. It just sounds louder at KR because of the positioning of the mics. Every set of speccies in rugby league sounds off when they think they're getting a raw deal.

Exactly anyone would think it was only Saints that do it.
