It must be shaped like an enormous steel boomerang that heads east... then bends round to the North... past the heads of Botany Bay... tracking the coastline all the way up past Coogee and then in through the heads into Sydney harbour.

Then they painted it with magic paint that makes it invisible to everyone...except Dally
