I'd love to see the Summer Weekend Round, played on the First Weekend of Summer Holidays, where there would be several derbies played from Thursday to Sunday, all televised. Example;
Thursday
Leeds vs Bradford 16Friday
Hull vs Hull KR 13Saturday
Catalans Dragons vs Toulouse Olympique 15edit I'd also introduce the Bonus Point System.'"
Are we factoring in some kind of special bank holiday so that we can play games on a Thursday and Friday afternoon

As if you would want a league without Wigan. Bitter much?

| The league is naturally splitting itself. The big clubs are getting bigger yet the smaller clubs are struggling slightly to bridge the gap. Clubs like Wigan, Saints, Warrington, Leeds and Hull FC (notably, those with highest average attendance's) are growing year on year, producing top quality youngsters and buying in top quality English and overseas players. Whereas, the smaller clubs like Salford, Quins, Castleford and Wakefield have a bidding war over the cast off's from the other clubs; for example this year, Richie Mathers, Ashley Gibson and Matty Smith
It's unfair to put Catalan and Crusaders with either pack as they are isolated with regard attendace and building the fan base.
Huddersfield and Kull KR could go either way, Huddersfield have the squad and stadium, but small fan base whereas HKR have the fan base in a less than perfect stadium

Disappointed it took so long for someone to notice to be honest. I thought my naming of the Toulouse franchise would have more of an impact as well.

| Starbug has probably got it right but we are a long way from that position now.
My alternative :
GROUP A ( Big clubs + expansion clubs )
Leeds
Wigan
Saints
Warrington
Hull FC
Catalans
London
Wales
Paris
GROUP B
Hull KR
Castleford
Widnes
Salford
Bradford
Huddersfield
Wakefield
Leigh
Cumbria
Each team plays other teams in their group TWICE, and each team from the other group ONCE. Trophy for each group winner. Three teams from group A and winner of group B to knock out semi finals. Teams in each group to be re:assessed every 3 years.
Sorted.

| Wigan
Saints (new stadium)
Leeds
Wire
Hull FC
Hull KR (stadium renovated
Hudds (bigger crowds)
Bradford (move in with football team)
Wakey (ground share)
Cas (ground share)
Widnes
Wrexham (bigger crowds)
Catalans (stadium renovated)
Paris (need money!)
Cumbria (big money and a solution)
Toulouse (bigger crowds)
Harlequins (bigger crowds)
Leigh (bigger crowds)
My dream is for all of these teams to be good enough for super league so that there is genuine competiton for who gets in and therefore all the clubs will constantly have to better themselves in every department.
The ones in red are the only clubs who are IMO good enough for super league. The rest need to catch up.
I hope the likes of Sheffield, Fev, Gateshead and maybe some more expansion clubs could join this list.

Sporting Olympique A
AS Carcassonne
Carpentras XIII
Lézignan Sangliers
Limoux Grizzlies
Lyon Villeurbanne
Montpellier Red Devils
Pia Donkeys
Saint-Gaudens Bears
UTC
Villeneuve Leopards
Or you could even allow "national sides" like Germany etc a bit like they do with the cricket....

All pre-match entertainment scrapped (unless its Ferret legging or a brass band), three points for a try and tours to Australia brought back (travel by ship, of course).
