Er..... The last time Cas got less than 5,000 in a league match was August 2007 Vs Sheffield when we were in National League 1! A division below quins and we still got higher crowds than you! |

The last time we got an attendance of below 5k in Super League was 2004 when we played London. Incidentally, that has been our only sub-5k attendance since 2000, obviously discounting 2005 and 2007 NL seasons. |

Quins fans would never travel they are from London for christ sake. You should all know they would never willingly travel out of their precious dump of a city and see how people live in the real world. I'm sorry but after 30 years to still get only 3k gates is awful considering the captial has roughly so many ozzy bar staff. Why not rebrand them London Australia and be done with it

You do it one a year, twice if you are lucky, it gets very expensive and very wearing doing it every other week and that's before clubs decide to play on a Friday...
And before you call other places a dump you wanna take a look around you, there aren't many RL towns that would make a picture postcard. |

I lived in London for 18 years and gave a lot of support to Fulham/Broncos before moving away. When I lived there even a home game was a 24 mile round-trip for me. I think I live in the 'real world' thank you very much. Quins do need bigger gates - but so do Salford who are supposedly a 'heartland' club and have had 100 years to build their support. Until recently Giants and Wakey weren't much better. And if you can't see the difference between travelling 20-100 miles for away games all season, and the fact that Quins fans have to contemplate 200 mile all-day round-trips every other week then you need to consider how many away games [i you [/iwould attend in such circumstances. |

ok i admit i did 3 away games last season cas wakey and bradford. all of which are about a 500 mile round trip i lost 8 weeks of the summer through work also made the grandfinal. i know about the expense trust me each one took me to the overdraft limit.

you need to call a plumber son your drippng like a tap. 24 mile round trip? behave yourself! i am a crusaders and now also a SWS fan. Bridgend is 164ish miles each way for me and i got to a good 7 home games last year. so yea ok i only made 10 of the season games not as many as i'd have like but to moan about a 200 mile day out? thats what you sign up for when you support SL in the south get over it. |

Ask yourself, how did you get into RL? I'd say a vast majority of Northern based supporters got into it through their family, something that we haven't had the chance to benefit from yet. I'm not too concerned about it tbh.
Quins fan in Sheffield here, I'll be leaving my house at 6am to get to the game tomorrow.
