| Still cant see it being anyone other that Saints and Leeds to be honest.
The form of both teams has dipped at the moment but they'll come good when it matters. They will most probably finish first and second and that still gives home advantage in the last match before the final and that should be enough to see them through.
The play off structure sounds contrived but I went through it the other day with a couple of mates and its not too bad to follow.
Basically top four play each other and 5 to 8 play each other.
Winners from top four group then have a home tie in semi.
Losers from top four play winners of 5 to 8 whoever wins these games goes through to the semi.
We then have a telephone vote and Simon Cowell decides who is the champions.

To be honest I'm a bit concerned that we will actually miss out on the top 8 this season.
Tough game at Wigan this Friday,
Wakey at home the week before the final - the only time we've managed to beat Saints since 1996 was when we played them the week before the CC final and they took the eye of the ball. I think we may just do the same
Hull KR away the week after - the celebrations probably wont actually finish until the Thursday night
Quins at home to finish.
Being realistic we are looking at 2 wins out of 4 - not convinced that will be enough to see us into the top 8.
BUT
This season, would I swap a Wembley Cup Final for a place in the top 8 play offs - what do you think ??

39110_1363272058.jpg Dropkick Murphy..we actually saw and heard a mass of bouncing and scarf and flag waving to Dale Cavese that drowned out anything we could muster.. It stopped us singing our own celebratory songs, it died out seconds later when we accepted we couldn't be heard over the Wigan lot
Celebrations muted from us, job done from them. Most fans who slag them off are jealous their own club's support is nowhere near that good
-
sally cinnamon..Why not discuss Wigan? It's a rugby league message board. Wigan are the most famous brand in rugby league
-
Tre Cool..Saints fans are hopeless unless it's a cup final or grand final. Wigan fans are so much more loyal and passionate
-
the flying biscuit..Wires havent been massively succesful over the years, but I've spoke to Brian Bevan And he spoke to me and i wouldnt swap that for Wigans History, ever
-
Ande..on the TV i could only hear the Wigan fans with about 10 to go
-
Saint94..Every team is in your feckin shadow, we all know

| You can bet your bum that one of leeds or saints will be there. The best contenders IMO are Hudds, Hull KR and ourselves.

When we batter Saints and Salford we will be safe in 4th and rest players for the play offs, you'll be ok

| I think the difference this year is that there are a few teams who won't be satisfied to just make the play offs. In the last few years you got the impression only Saints and Leeds believed they could make the Grand Final and all the others were happy to be the 5
I would suggest that Huddersfield, HKR, Warrington and Wigan would have ambitions to make the final
I would bank on one of Saints and Leeds being in there with one wild card... for me that's HKR after the Giants and Wire contest the Challenge Cup
