Really?
But Leeds have no forwards, certainly no front row to speak of.

Aye. Pretty much every aspect of our play in attack and defense is shambolic. But worst of all we're being out enthused by opposition, we look tired, and low on confidence.

Really.
Peacock and Leuluia (sp?), with Bailey and Burgess as rotation is good enough to see them end up in the top 2. Don't read too much into this blip, they had one later in the season last year which Saints took full advantage of to claim top spot.
The standard elsewhere is that bad this season, unfortunately.
Come October, Saints will have played several more games (I'm assuming a good cup run, probably all the way to Wembley) and could well have picked up injuries. At 3/4, half back (even if Leon avoids jail) and prop they don't have many tried and tested replacements and will be relying on youngsters. I just feel this will be too much come the end of the year.
I stand by:
Saints CC winners
Saints Hubcap winners
Leeds SL champions.

Hardly surprising, coming off the back of two epic games with Saints and ending up with nothing from both.
Saints have equally looked tired after those games but luckily have had enough left in the tank to beat the teams they've faced.

The answer is No.
But they don,t look as good this season, unless they can go to the end of the remaining season unbeated.

| Leeds don't look as good this season.
That's not to say they are not capable of winning the Grand Final as they may well prove this come October as they are a very good team. It is fair to say though they have looked out of sorts in some of the matches they have also won this season.

| Its great to see Hudds HKR and Wakey doing so well, and I hope this is a trend that continues, but I still think Leeds will be top two

Add Castleford in as well. Each of the three are playing really well and it is great to see.

| They are still nailed on for the Top 2 and will probably win the GF also.
It's just a temporary loss of form - one that everyone will forget come October.
