Is it better for the game that there is a team in North Wales or South Wales? It is not good for the game that a team in South Wales (where the most potential is) has been replaced by a team in North Wales.

well things change according to the development of the club, after 10 years a club should be strong

i would say if after 100 years periods of success are still very isolated, and clubs are still struggling along at the bottom, and have been for most of their lives, and they still arent offering anything to the rest of the league then maybe the elite isnt for them

you seem to be confused that by putting time limit on 10 years, we are ignoring everything after that

there will be aims in the first ten years, aims in the next ten years, and aims in the ten after that (along with every ten years after that)

there will also be aims for the first year, the 2nd year, and 3rd year,

there will be short-medium and long term aims, it is something we can constantly reasses
