Murray earned his seeding by being the most consistent player and accumulating the most points in the year leading up to it. It is a very good achievement in it's own right, as is what Cas have done. However what both achievements have in common is that they were both just essentially jostling for position ahead of the big prize. People won't remember that Murray went into Wimbledon ranked number one. They will however remember Federer winning the tournament.

Its weird how when Cas win the LLS or Hudds win the LLS its a huge achievement but if Leeds or Wigan do its no big deal, or Wire or Saints are chokers for winning winning the LLS but not the GF

Cas and Huddersfield have won very little for a long time and therefore any glory is magnified.
It's like Wigan in the 80's & 90's they won the cup every year, it's just how it was.
They got just as many column inches when they failed to make the final.

The achievement of winning the GF is just as big whoever wins but, expectation can reduce the impact of the win.

Can't believe these comparisons to tennis. There is also the small issue of the 100K prize money for finishing first and the LLS. Not too shabby I would say.

A super league club is in real danger of being relegated automatically this year with how the fixtures pan out. With Leigh losing today, Catalan losing & Widnes witth their game tomorrow.

Warrington will win the league and probably won't lose a game.

I think Leigh will go down in 6th place with Catalan v London for the MPG.

Bloody hope Leigh aren't on, lots got coaches and hotels booked based on Friday - could they change it ??

No games currently on sky that weekend apart from Catalans. If it's tight, I'd expect that to be on. Also, based on the games, it's the only one that London have on a Friday and I don't think they've had any Friday home games this season so would expect it to be changed on that too.
