Not really as there was nothing individually worth banning really (red/yellows on the day sufficient). It was the continuous nature of the ill discipline rather than the seriousness of them that was the problem.
The RFL would be better writing to and warning Toronto as a club on their behaviour rather than ban an individual or two. |

It was his suggestion that the RFL were complicit with Toronto in not taking further disciplinary action against their players to keep the game "interesting", along with the infantile "terrific" et al that he seems to need to attach to clubs' names that is so ridiculous.

The Swindling Swinton one is a cracker, how can a team be swindling when they are not doing as well as hoped. As infantile as it is, it is a very slanderous statement that could get the fake Frenchie in alot of bother. |

HOW MANY TIMES?????
£20 a ticket and £15 on beer and merchandise.....so an away fan is worth £35. At best, 1,000 is the average away support split across 11 rounds and I am being really generous here, so Toronto, replacing say Wakefield will cost a SL club £35,000.
The minimum turnover of a SL club is £4,000,000 so Toronto instead of Widnes is worth less than 1% of a SL clubs turnover.
There are many valid reasons for and against expansion into America, but "AWAY FANS" isn't one of them.
