What an insightful post by the OP ??
Balding, love her or hate her, is one of sports most high profile commentators and is an excellent appointment, IMO significantly better than Adams.
She will bring some profile to the game, something which we are desperately in need of and may also encourage some new blood to the game in terms of the sports viewing audience.
