Trueman is 20 years of age and has more of less single handedly guided Cas around this year with gales absence. He is an absolute class act and thoroughly deserves his call up.

Minichello has been nothing but a model proffessional in his 5 years at Hull and I dont recall seeing him lose his temper on the pitch, but was absolutely seething at Connor when he was sinbinned.

Truman was likened as the new Roger Millward tonight, by guess who? Anybody hear it?

That said, Truman did have a good en' but if he's half as good as Millward, then he'll be one of the best players in the World.

Hull should take the £500k Leeds are rumoured to be offering and spend it on someone who actually wants to play Rugby rather than act a clown and the big man.

One day he will wind up the wrong person and end up with his face caved in. At that point he will fade into obscurity just like Fielden did.

Connor strikes me as the sort of player who could do really, really well under a good coach who can control his temperament. Unfortunately for him right now he's playing under Lee Radford.

Unless Saints choose to rest more than half the squad, as is our right, I can't see Hull having the quality to beat any professional side. They are terrible. I don't understand why particularly, there are some really good players in that side and they should be up there as genuine contenders this season.

Hull have had one of the best squads throughout Radford's tenure. They have the individual talent to beat any side but never the consistency. I can't believe he is still in the job.
