Not all sides have so many points left to play for.
Leeds ONLY have a maximum of 34 points left to play for.
Mind you, they are only 2 points behind London, Huddersfield and Wigan and 4 behind a host of other clubs.
Saints and Wire still look like they are certainties for the top 2 spots though

Missed the point altogether, I don’t want extra time for anyone I want a point for a draw. What I don’t want is any team getting extra time because they scraped a draw & have the chance to get lucky. The Leeds Cas game was a perfect example of that! Cas effectively denied by a contentious decision a draw was the fair outcome of that game.

cas's failure to go for a last second drop goal was there for the taking but for some big headed overconfident player thought he knew better, that what cost them the points, wasn't you entertained and sat at the edge of your seat, I was, I even wanted cas to take the points

| as far as the relegation issue if wigan or leeds was at the bottom I'm sure the RFL would have a change of heart, if london, kr, hudds, salford or us I'd think they would allow it

Which just shows how stupid it is. "We don't want draws, we need it more exciting, so we are going to have golden point! unless no one scores in ten minutes. then draws are fine." If its going to stay, it needs tweaking. So far there's been 2 golden points finishes, and they've both been won in one set by the team that won the coin toss. Not particularly exciting for me.

Wrong. Wigan won the coin toss and chose to kick off to Hull, believing we wouldn't get far enough down the field to get into a DG position. That of course would've been the case had they not conceded a penalty, gifting that all important field position and subsequently, the rest is history.

Would it be the RFL's or SLE's decision? I ask because I'm not sure that Elstone and his puppet masters are best mates with Hetherington.

| As a Saints fan I've no sympathies where Leeds are concerned but the are one of our three biggest fixtures of the season.
For them to be relegated and replaced by Toronto or Toulouse would see a drop in revenue for clubs from visiting fans.
