Great win for London tho. I know certain posters will shoot me down for this but I can't help but feel that plastic pitch is gonna be an unfair advantage for London this year in the same way Widnes used to get some strange results at home. They really shouldn't be allowed but it is what it is so guess we all have to get on with it.

Every ground has it's quirks, with short pitches, slopes in various places, long and short in goal areas etc, etc.
You probably get a more consistent bounce on a 4g pitch than you do on grass and, as for plastic helping Widnes

Yes but they're natural quirks. Plastic pitches are not like playing on grass, sorry. I'm not saying it's why they beat Wigan, it sounds like they were the better team but anyone that tells me a team playing on a totally different surface every other week isn't getting an advantage I'm not buying it.

Oh and last season that pitch didn't help Widnes but check how many times they previously beat top 4 teams at home who played weakened teams because of the pitch.
