Neutral venue is obviously right, but it is fair to say Toronto V Toulouse shouldn't really be played in northern England. Not much option though really, as that would still be better than Featherstone V Halifax being played in France.

Option 1. Announce the game, make it an event and market it all season through the 14 champ and 12 SL clubs
Option 2. Leave it until the last minute and then offer discount codes and reduced prices....

It’s a final, it should be on neutral ground. Pick Canada, Leigh, France or Santiago as long as the final is fair, neutral and known in advance..... everything’s fine.... you know, Like sport should be.
