That shocking call from Child to award Leeds a late penalty in front of the sticks in the Salford game has basically saved Leeds from the MPG. The cheating shoits tried to milk so many pens towards the end of tonight's game it's untrue and fortunately Hicks wasn't so keen to be the star of the show as Child was.

I caught the last 15 minutes or so and there were plenty of Leeds theatrics trying to milk penalties and usually Myler wasn't far away from the action. Throw in the constant whinging from the Leeds fans trying to influence the officials and it's no wonder they get the "Whino's" moniker thrown at them.

Can't trust Leeds to get anything right but Hicks was ridiculously biased and took the vid ref to overturn 2 bad decisions that favoured Toronto.

If we can't beat Widnes by 14 or more than we deserve to be in the MPG away at London. That stated, I can see it now, 14 up and the ref manufactures a penalty under the sticks for Widnes so Toronto get promoted. The RFL obviously want Toronto in SL and they can't hide it.

Ultimately though, this Leeds side as an SL team are an absolute joke - everyone but Leeds fans and the RFL can see it. If Salford had beaten them last week (a manufactured Hastings ban 2 weeks before and the penalty in the game) and they would already be in the MPG. The way the RFL are manipulating refs is really starting to put me off the entire sport.

In all serious though, good luck to Toronto but I can't see the team lasting more than 5 years before the owner gets frustrated, you can already see a noticeable drop in attendances and I just can't see it sticking.

Don't get why the RFL keep gambling on these long shots to grow the game instead of trying to increase grassroots RL, getting the game played in schools etc... like how every other sport tries to grow itself...

From a Leeds perspective I am just happy the season is over!
