i thought birds swan dive was embarrassing in the first half, but liam moore takes that honour! totally out of his depth, 3 tries from foward passes, a VR decision that shouldnt have even been considered

As a Saints fan i will say this, the ref needs to be taught how to spot forward passes.

I think 3 Saints tries would have been disallowed by other refs.

I also think Les Cats got away with a number of dodgy passes as well.

On the other side i thought the Lees no try was a mistake. He never moved his ball playing arm forward he merely wriggled with his left arm. That therefore is not double movement.

On the positive side Saints should now win a piece of silver this year. However i think its all we will win.

Awful referee , out of his depth . His touch judges were a waste of space too

Yes I think you're quite right to also mention touch judges. Refs have a tough job and if they're not getting any calls on forward passes from the guys on the side then they're up against it even more. Having said that, there's no way for us to know if the refs are actually getting calls from the side and yet they're choosing to ignore it because they think they had a better view.
