He is a young lad taking a bit of Coke, not exactly the crime of the century.
Rugby players havery been abusing drugs and alcohol for a hundred years but it has never been reported in the press like it is today.
I feel the NRL is being very draconian these days on substance abuse, happy to throw away a young man's life by taking his livelyhood.

I really hope Saints change their style of play under Holbrook otherwise Barba's talents will be completely wasted there.
He needs expansive, open rugby not teams who play it up the middle and kick for territory on the 3rd.

I agree, in the top 10 for tries scored and tries assisted in the NRL last year; he's got some talent!
I know morally we should uphold the ban but I kind of hope we don't, can't wait to see what he can bring to the league. |
