Fair enough.
If i was picking the team then i would want both in the team no matter what.It just seems to me to make sense to have Tomkins move up to partner Widdop where he can still have his huge attacking influence on the game and we would then have the added bonus of being more secure in the last line of defence and Zak does bring his own attacking threats to the table too.I suppose you could accommodate both by playing Zak on the wing and leaving Sam at FB with Smith at 7 (who imo is the only other half who should be considered) but we are also very strong on the flanks so would be leaving out some top talent somewhere.
At least we have proper choices for once it seems.

Do you, or any Leeds fans, think Hardaker could play left centre? That's where I think we have a question and as the Australians can have a back line full of full backs i reckon we could accommodate Hardaker.

He wasn't all that at centre when he played there for us however he has come on as a player since so i am sure would be better these days.
Is Shenton not nailed on for Left Centre anyway?

Agreed. Those two have to be on the pitch. Tomkins has pretty much played at 6 this season everytime the Warriors were in possession.

I think he's terrible but in the interest of fairness and no bias he had to be included as an option at least. I'm not saying I'd pick him, far from it.

| Not sure people are getting the whole pick for the offered position as it's where they are likely to be played...
For what it's worth I would have Tomkins at 6, but it simply isn't going to happen so can we please vote for FULL BACK.

| I think I would go Hardaker at full back, reason being I would use Sam T and Widdop as the halfbacks.

Hardaker is technically not that great. He is a fantastic defender, safe under the kick, and a great runner and finisher. He isnt a great passer and doesnt run fantastic centre lines.
He could play centre but he will leave his winger starved of ball and basically a bit of a passenger in attack.
Personally i would think of putting Ablett at left centre inside Hardaker to play as a bit of a centre/2nd row mix. Which i think we would be a bit stronger defensively, and if the play is going to stop at Hardaker anyway another forward on the field would give us a bit more oomph than a bit of a superfluous winger.
