Seeing the incident on TV makes it look like a completely different incident than it did st the game & from that footage I'd expect him to be found guilty.

It looked 100% innocuous at the game but the camera never lies as they say.

With Hock its always a case of Guilty until proved innocent, you just can't take the "Wigan Mongrel" out of this type of player.

Its a conspiracy. Everyone at the game including salford club, local journalists and all salford fans saw it clearly as an unfortunate accident. Either Sky have it in for him or the video evidence has been 'doctored' by someone else who wants rid.

So if it was a deliberate act and he's getting a Grade E charge, then why wasn't he sent off? Ian Smith sent him off for grabbing his hand. If he has supposedly shoulder charged Matt Thomason, why was he still allowed to stay on the field of play?

Not only was he not sent off but he wasn't even spoken to about it at the time. I was at the game and in real time there seemed to be absolutely nothing in it. Just looked like an accident collision. No getting away from the footage though, looks really bad. Just very strange how nothing was picked up at the time. Nobody even mentioned it really. I can only assume the match director or whatever they're called reported it.

Just seen the footage on that well known site and to say that he could have avoided contact with the ref would be an understatement.

Scoring under the posts?? Hock tried to pick the ball up on the run but the full back got there 1st. There then appears to be a deliberate step and a dipped shoulder into the ref. Been great for us this season but can't condone that (Although I did try to without 1st seeing the replay!).
