Different type of player to Hall but an allround better player imo.
It makes me smile that Richards has never made a superleague dream team 
Maybe it's a result of him shifting between fullback and wing but when you consider that Kevin Penny got in ahead of him it really does show the bias given towards homegrown players. |

Another example of the homegrown bias but he did have more of a case then when Penny got in on the back of 12 games.
On that basis Ainscough should have got in this season. |

I remember when Michael Withers got selected for an Ashes series and then pulled out because everybody went apesh*t.
Unlike the Aussies we don't like picking foreign players for our national side  (bar Mary Fasavalau as pointed out to me....lol). |
