Roy hasnt mentioned a club, apparently only I have done that.
And last time I mentioned it I didnt name a club, just some people jumped to conclusions.
And besides, my statement earlier was factually correct, this recent debacle doesnt change that, since playing staff bear no relation to the franchise criteria.
It will however (I hope) count against them massivly in 2 years time when they next come for application, at which point the 14 best clubs will be chosen to join Super League
As happened last time. |

As for ' conspiracy theories ' from our southern bretheren about who ratted 
Maybe somebody who hasn't been offered a deal for next season would be closer and therefore more likely to know how things had been done than infering a club ' near ' w1g4n
I hope they do survive this latest blow , but hopefully the RFL will finally realise that turning a blind eye to certain clubs is counter productive to the sport |
