Remember around 2004-2005 in the Rugby League Express a company called Retro Rugby advertising their range which included a retro Huddersfield shirt. They are still running as Octopus Sport. Very long shot, but worth giving them a call to see if they still have any in stock, or if they could be tempted to produce a new one? We did a great one with them about 5 years ago, IIRC they just need a provisional pledge of 40-50 fans to make it worth their while doing one. Have to say that it took them ages to do ours (prob 6 months from start to finish), but the result was well worth it.
