Toronto have won their comp they deserve to go up within the rules simple as that. Will watch it all unfold but can't see anything other than a spectacular fail. Quite how they will be accommodated and how it can be fair if some teams play the away fixture here and others there I don't know? It's a mess of RFL own making and no wonder Championship teams are well rid of the mercenaries/jobbers.

Surely most of them championship journeymen have played themselves out of work and a large paycheck and lifestyle because that team won't trouble super league.

This is a great day for the Championship.

But that's not possible is it. Who would they play that would challenge them and create interest in the game. If they become stronger than one of the traditional teams so be it, if those heartland clubs raise their game to a bigger challenge then that's great too.

Other teams like Leigh Centurions (for example) were the best team in the championship, did us getting promoted devalue the competition ? NO, because we are an M62 club !
