We have also signed a couple of 18 year old wingers with union backgrounds. I think all 4 are to bolster the reserve squad which we are bringing back next year. I dont think they will see first team rugby unless injuries hit hard again. Although I am interested to see how N'Zoungou develops. Still very young and hes a big athletic guy.

Made up about Joey re-signing as he's been fantastic since he came in with Hastings and his efforts have been somewhat overlooked due to Jacko's brilliance.

Tasi's a strange one. Not devastated to see him go if we can find an adequate replacement and hasn't really kicked on from his first season. I'm convinced there's a top class prop in there somewhere but something just seems to be missing at the minute.

If Salford don’t keep Jackson Hastings they will finish bottom and be relegated in 2019, they have no money to make any decent new signings, Hastings and Lussicks wages have been paid by Marwan during the qualifiers.

Strange signing for Warrington. He was utter garbage at Saints and seems to have replicated that form at Salford. Then again, if hes on a cheap wage and is nothing more than a squad filler could be alright I guess

Marwan has been paying their wages that’s a fact, it’s also a fact someone will be relegated in 2019, that’s not my decision, i’d be happy with licensing.

Salford have signed Hastings who has been their star player in the qualifiers, but already lost Burgess, Tasi, Hauraki and Lannon. As I said they have virtually no funds to sign new players and will be the team to be relegated IMO.

Massive coup for Salford signing Hastings on for next year. He was very influential for them. They looked a very capable side with him. Without him, not so good.

Great work Salford on keeping Hastings. I for one am happy he stays at Salford than go to any of the top clubs. We will have a much better competition if the talent is spread out over all the teams rather than the main contenders.
