NRL expansion? Sometime soon, maybe......:d7dc4b20b2c2dd7b76ac6eac29d5604e_9857.jpg |

Just about sums up PNG's priority to the NRL. Cloud cuckoo land, RL hasn't succesfully gone out of two states and a part of NZ in 100 years at top prof level in Oz, it will be decades before PNG is even considered valuable and developed enough to host an NRL team. For starters amongst the thousand other reasons for not inclusing them they need jnr academies and feeder systems plus players already playing 1st grade NRL to be able to form a team at some point as no foreign player is ever going to sign for them so they will be 100% reliant on home grown talent. There is 20 years+ of work right there.

You have to think Brisbane 2 and Central Qld would be ahead of Perth but I agree with you putting a PNG franchise a struggling last

No-one at the NRL anyway.

South Africa 36.54 murders per 100'000, more than double the level in PNG. Yet strangely Sanzar manages the keep Dan Carter and pals safe.
Brazil 21.97 murders per 100k, Yet both the IOC and FIFA see them as capable of keeping Cristiano Ronaldo, Usain Bolt and friends safe.
Russia 14.8 murders per 100k. yet they are perfectly capable of competing the UEFA champions League a competition many times the size of the NRL and to host the FIFA world cup.

Luck is a combination of preparation and opportunity
Just to avoid confusion Starbug is the username of Steven Pike
SOMEBODY SAID that it couldn’t be done
But he with a chuckle replied
That “maybe it couldn’t,” but he would be one
Who wouldn’t say so till he’d tried.
So he buckled right in with the trace of a grin
On his face. If he worried he hid it.
He started to sing as he tackled the thing
That couldn’t be done, and he did it!:9005.jpg |

Its funny how you argument has changed from a strange comparison between Crusaders, Hemel, Skolars and Scorpions to simply another predictable dig at crusaders.
Yes we know your upset they got into SL and Leigh didnt, you have banged on about it (whilst hilariously pretending the opposite in a tactic as transparent as a whores negligee) for four years now. Leigh are either get some money together, buy them, and make them relevant to SL or get over it, this bitterness cant be doing you any good.
