Barry McKen.... sorry done it again .... [sizeI[/size have a couple of 'players' jerseys and I'll be honest... I far prefer the polyester cotton 'supporters' type jerseys.

Unless you are actually playing the game professionally (which I suggest 99.99999% of the people registed on this forum AREN'T) then you will wear your teams jersey on a social level, either to the pub or to watch the game.... and thats where the cotton blend 'supporters' ones are far superior.

And you are quite right.. the clubs change the designs most years anyway.. even if it's only subtly.

The players ones LOOK good, they're usually a different colour tone or look it on the material.

£70 IS a lot but okay, how about they just make better quality replicas? the materials heavy, sweaty and on a summers day the stench of BO around the grounds and pubs is ridiculous
