I argued it's not as clean cut as that, since we had to adjust to a major shift in the running of the club and the funding of the club after all the contracts had been signed. The promotion criterion of 2,000 seats. We had to make a number of changes to Wheldon Road in 2005 to meat promotion criteria, including adding extra toilets (portaloos) for instance.
