yes its true perth havent been in the ARL / NRL for over a decade and nobody cares

St George won loads. Illawarra won none. Nor have St George Illawarra.
When Wests Tigers won in 2005, it was their FIRST premiership. Come on you should know that being a turncoat former Balmain fan.

even wayne bennett had to be reminded to include illawarra. when asked how he felt about coaching them he said he grew up respecting the club.
if its good enough for him, its good enough for me.
i hate the wests tigers. they stole my club. i hope wests take over the JV.

This reminds me of the 2006 GF Qualifier between the Storm and the Dragons. I was there with a couple of Storm fans, sitting amongst a sea of red and white. Whenever a "St. George!" chant went up, we chanted "Illawarra!" in between. A very fun game that was, with the Dragons beaten comprehensively.
