Most decent hotels charging £150-£200 a night so I hope not!



Can't believe anyone would pay that, they're London prices. Would rather spend half hour on the Metro and travel in from Sunderland/Whitley Bay.

We always stayed at the Premier at Newcastle airport, 150 m from Metro with short run in. Staying again cost of £96 for two nights pp

should do what we did when it was in Edinburgh we hired a stretch hummer for the day and was driven in style at only £80 a piece filled with beer, complimentary champs it was quite a laugh

And quite smelly at times

City centre Premier Inn, 1 room, 3 nights £287.

As soon as they rumoured it a while back I booked hotels with cancellation option, got three nights incl Breakfasts for £225 for two of us. They are now nearly double that.

Well anticipated! I managed two refundable double rooms with breakfast for 2 nights in Durham for £270.

London prices? I wouldn't want to stay in a Hotel in London for less than £250!! You would end up somewhere like the Britannia Canary Wharf

If Saints are there I'm there no matter where it is but what makes laugh about magic weekend is so many are far more interested in what pubs are in the area so they can throw ale down their necks or what food outlets are around so they can fill their fat faces ahead of the stadium or the actual rugby itself.
