It would cost atleast £15m to build a new stadium, Wakefield have no money Castleford have no money(they own their ground which can only be sold for housing which is worth £4/5m and over £1m is owed to the Fulton family.

In all honestly Snowie, give me the option of sit in an empty stadium (like the giants) and watch Wakefield or go down to good old Belle Vue where despite the numbers there's always an atmosphere, I'd pick the latter week in week out.

it wasn't going to be a private venture, it was a sweetener to the city of Wakefield for freeing up green belt land so they could masses of profit and generate the city, for what it is worth I'd now share a stadium but not at Castleford that's where the problem is for me

I love my stadium like no other and wish we could regenerate it back to suitable standard so others could stop complaining, I've no problem ing up against a wall in the old toilets or standing on old terracing

Personally I'd rather play at Dewsbury than end up playing in a stadium in Castleford. I am sure Cas fans would rather play at Hunslet than share a stadium in Wakey. The best stadium in the district is in Fev but would either (or both) of us want to end up there?
