| Quote ThePrinter="ThePrinter"Depends how the fixtures fall and not just who you play home or away but what round. I remember in 2016 with Leeds two of our trickier fixtures were Hudds away and the potential banana skin of Leigh at home, as it turned out they were our final 2 games and we’d already qualified after the opening 5 games so made them dead rubbers. Where the Salford vs Widnes falls it could be crucial, could give the winner confidence and the loser really at panic stations.
HKR, Salford, Widnes and Toronto positions already settled so key fixtures look like this
Leeds (Wakey)
H - HKR, Toronto, Salford
A - Widnes
HKR
H - Salford, Widnes
A - Leeds, Toronto
Salford
H - Toronto, Widnes
A - Leeds, HKR
Widnes
H - Leeds
A - HKR, Salford, Toronto
Toronto
H - HKR, Widnes
A - Leeds, Salford'"
Widnes could deffo have a problem the watch thise fixtures have panned out - chuck a trip to Toulouse in there and it becomes Avery tricky indeed

| If there is any justice Widnes will be in the bottom three. They've been truly abysmal for years and limp on. Going down might actually help them and force them to rebuild.
I really hope we have enough to breeze through this year but nothing is guaranteed. Still, Todd Carney is due to arrive in the UK for us on Sunday....

| Well Catalans are now safe so that's 1 off the list of possibles though they are on song so never in doubt.
KR, Salford & Widnes confirmed, gotta say Salford & especially Widnes will be very nervous now !

Gotta agree there Steve
HKR & Leeds / Wakey should not have a prob.
Depends on how Toronto go against SL clubs - not a good record played 3 lost 3 (Hull, Salford & Wire)
If they turn up and Toulouse turn up Widnes / Salford could be in trouble
Not going to mention Leigh yet until after tomorrow, we are not there yet
Edit: mean today, its Sunday now, wow that went quick

Based on the Fax/TO game today and TO/London a couple of weeks ago), if TO are going to trouble Widnes and Salford, then they'd better look out for Fax and London as well (assuming results go as expected next weekend). The main issue for all the Championship teams in the M8's will be keeping the intensity up and injuries down throughout the 7 weeks.

Ha, Toronto’s results are nothing to do with the RFL Roy, what a ridiculous statement

| Halifax fixtures certainly give them a chance if they play as well as today.

Hiay Sparky hope you are well.
Didn't mean to miss Fax out, at the time of posting the last 2 spots were open to 4 teams.
Good result for you guys today

| Both teams made a ridiculous number of mistakes and there were some odd decisions from the ref (both ways), who also failed to stamp out blatant holding down (again, both teams took advantage). If Fax hadn't had two complete brain-dead moments defending then the result would have been rather more convincing (and much better for my health). Jonathan Ford is a class player, but through 1-17 Fax were the better team today.
