Ahh yes, because when you go to other grounds, the home fans always shout forward when their own team throw a dodgy looking pass.
Leeds fans aren't any different to others.....there's just more of them so you hear it more.

| made even worse tonight by the pathetic abuse of the referee because they lost,
i am by no way easily offended and can handle swearing etc but that was just embarrassing, it wasn't like he did anything controversial, it was just a classic dummy spit from the whinos!
i think it's time to turn the mic's down or just remove them from the south stand. i usually think that there isn't enough crowd noise at live games and it helps the atmosphere come through when there is good crowd noise, but it's awful from the south stand, out of tune banging and parping and it sounds like 100 drunken 13 yr olds who have just found their voices have broken! not to mention the unwarranted abuse.

Yes it was very quiet at the end....much like most 80 minutes at a Hudds home game.

| It doesn't bother me. I quite like it. Creates atmosphere and reminds me of the noise under the gantry at KR (sans musical instruments)
:sniff sniff
But I also realise at Leeds they don't play crap music after tries or goals. That's a winner in my book.

| Quote: knockersbumpMKII "The South stand supporters are the most one-eyed supporters in RL (yes even worse than Hull KR fans!!!), incredible how they are on the refs back for mistakes made by Leeds and that he had the audacity to penalise or call a correct decision. I'm not sure how fast Cas were supposed to get off in the tackle, from the amount of noise the home supporters were making but it was in the range of twice as fast as the Leeds tacklers...clearly have time agnosia or are just idiotic 'tards.
I saw at least half a dozen Leeds forward passes in the 2nd half that the ref never called, not a peep from the South stand funnily enough.
Great win by Cas and Leeds will rue that loss'"
On behalf of all Hull FC fans, I apologise for this guy.
Home fans calling for penalties and forwards passes by the opposition, who'd have thought it! I expect at the KC tonight I'll hear someone in the East Stand calling for our own forward passes to be given and shouting for a penalty if our defenders are laying on.
Unbelievable
I was at the game last night with my clubs juniors, enjoyed the game and probably a fair result.

You hear that one at almost every game that he's in charge of and by both sets of fans.
When things aren't going their way, the Rhinos fans seem to want a penalty at every play, it's absolutely hilarious.
The forward passes made me smile as well. The young hooker was passing flatter and flatter as the game went on, he'll fit in really well at Headingley.

| Hands up how many people on here feel the urge to take a musical instrument to a RL game ? I certainly don't.

Well, I’m currently learning how to play the Bugle whilst reciting the sheet music for The Last Post .

| I think the Leeds fans are good, it's that god awful band that are the problem at Headingly. The trumpeters are out of tune and the drummer is out of time, on EVERY SINGLE song they get going. Ruins a good watch of usually good games.
I can't be doing with this association football continental fan thing with incessant drumming and songs that have no words (ie. too many "woah"s "oah"s "der der der"s and "ole"s).
I like standing in the South Stand near to half-way at Wire but the drum really irritates me after a while.
I'd like a blanket ban on instruments in stadiums and let the fans create their own atmospheres instead of it being forced upon them with *bang bang bang bang bang bang*. But the worst of all is the out of tune trumpets at Leeds, they're laughable! I can't believe that nobody from the South Stand at Headingly has gone up to them and got them to stop. They're like a load of kids who have never played an instrument in their life have broken into the music department at school and are bashing away until the teacher comes to tell them off.

I hate that as well. Proper cheese on toast!
Another example of "atmosphere" being forced onto fans instead of fans being allowed to create their own.
