You could tell exactly that he said "f-ing puff" from the live picture. The replay faded out after "f-ing".
The only people who can possibly claim he said otherwise are Leeds fans.

It LOOKS like he said pu*f. But the camera angle cut off pretty sharp and Hardaker was turning away. The fact we can't be certain is probably his saving grace and will avoid the ban.

The RFL don't have the nuts to hand out a huge ban anyway. Particularly with play-offs and 4nations coming up (look at the Ben Westwood incident last year)
