It looked that way to me when I saw the trouble at the KC and Belle Vue.
For some reason the Widnes fans who post on RL fans don't talk about it too much. A few that do have highlighted that they have a certain minority in their travelling support who seem to be involved in trouble frequently. |

I was at a Leeds away game a couple of years ago and some lads were getting rowdy. The stewards tried and failed, and it took a group of genuine fans to (putting it politely) tell them to shut up before they did. It sounds like a cliche, but these morons respond more to their "own" telling them to get a grip than anything else. Take away the acceptance of their clan, and they have nothing.

I few of them got carted off by Cheshire police so maybe they will have been charged and therefore easily identified by the club. It did look like police actually had batons drawn at one point last night.

Good ban all trouble makers from all teams from all grounds for life, we do not need them but it happens all the time, when I was a young lad and when I got married and had kids it was like it, some Moran would spoil it for others we was always pointing them out to police |

At the magic weekend there was a group of young, rather 'vociferous' widnes fans that were barracking a couple of Wire fans, it looked like it was going to turn nasty till the Wire fans moved - i hope the Widnes club stamp this out quickly though, i dont want to read about crowd trouble at RL games - and thats 3 away games in a row i've read about Widnes fans kicking off !

I'd like to know how they have got into the stadium carrying smoke bombs. Surely this is a security issue for Warrington as well as bans from the widnes club?
