There is another, bigger, super league club in Wakefield and they are very close to Leeds. The stadium is worse than most in the championship and on the field they are the worst team in the competition (they will finish bottom although they are second bottom at the moment)
Wakefield are certain to miss out. The second team to miss out is harder to call as Halifax have a good bid. Harlequins and Crusaders are weak clubs but are doing a great job expanding the game. Salford offer very little and I think could be in danger of losing their place. Its impossible to call without seeing all the clubs bids in detail.
