1 - Tbf he has stated that Morely is still a good player, just not what he used to be.
2 - If he can rile up Morley and mess with the Wire captain's head, that's good thinking.
3 - If Morley does a Mason to Ferriol's Fielden than it will bit us in the , but I can see it going the other way. I remember our first CC run when Barrie Mac came up against a young Adele Fellous.

Reading the article, what he seems to have said is that Morley is a very good player, but he's not as good as used to be. That's hardly controversial.

However if Wire decide to get offended by it and make the game a test-of-strength in the forwards then they'll get absolutely battered.
