I think it's pretty poor what Rovers do to be honest. Hopefully this year will be the last considering the dissapointing amount of away tickets sold.
I can't say it would be something that kept me away from a derby game, but every person has different circumstances and I can totally understand why Hull fans are staying away this year (excluding the the fact that they're boring to watch).

Games were categorised A, B & C iirc. I think when we played teams with hardly any away support (Quins, Cats & Celtic for instance) then promotions were offered to get people in to the ground. Similar to what clubs do that have plenty of spare seats at their grounds |
