That may be to do with the fact Sheens is playing him for 80 mins a game, where as at Leeds and for England he's been playing 55/65 mins a game the last couple of years.

funny how he's even admitted that its faster and harder, face it Superleague isnt even close to the standard of the NRL....

That is pretty much evident looking at the difference in player quality....

bondi,i never said our game was better than urs ,they are 2 different types of game superleague and nrl your players are supurb athletes your game is quicker and more physicly demanding but until 1 team gets tired its 5 and a kick,5 and a kick etc,its a stalemate,and your game is becoming stagnent and sometimes boring ,superleague is more or less at the stage origin was at 10yrs ago and is more open and more entertaining.you have moved 2 another level but not ness for the best

Considering the success the 2008 World Cup was and the fact it included the majority of the great communities that support that game in Australia and the Pacific, why would anyone want to hold it in England again?

But only about 1000 New South Welshmen turned out for there own Semi final in Sydney (in fact there where more England fans at that game!)
I loved the World Cup and would not complain if it was in AUS again to be honest...

... and in fairness to us poms our game from a financial perspective has developed vastly and we left it to the RFL to organise the event themselves whereas in 2008 the NRL paid someone to do it for them....

anybody thats says SL is faster than the NRL is either a liar or doesnt know anything about RL.

SL is a slower version of the nrl with poorer skills.

Play it at Wembley, do good deals on tickets for all amateur clubs and include financial incentives for clubs to sell tickets. Free tickets for jnr clubs that are willing to put on a coach trip for the kids, market the heck out of it in london and we will get 60,000+

15,000 other fans
20,000 players and jnrs+
10,000 antipodeans in London+
and the rest

Surely it shouldn't be hard to fill it!
