Give it a rest man you've never left us alone since we took Chase off you, you want to stick to giving your useless legal advice to someone who's interested.
Also my guess is fans of any club who had basically just achieved a miracle, you know snatching victory from the jaws of defeat and oblivion would be extremely jubilant .

| Quote: meast "Oh, well that's ok then, I'm sure lots of families with kids will be happy to know that RL is a game played in front of mindless yobs who think goading ,swearing and fighting with opposition fans is acceptable.
Grow up.
It wasn't a "nothing disturbance" it was a disturbance which should not be accepted by anyone who claims to be a rugby league fan, it was a disturbance that had it happened it football would see the clubs likely receiving big fines and having to close their stadiums, RL can ill afford to have stadiums closed due to "nothing disturbances", RL can ill afford having to lose out on potential supporters and sponsors because they don't want to be associated with a sport followed by hooligans and yobs who think fighting on the pitch is fine.
Pathetic post.'"
It's not ok and haven't said it was ok, what gets me is the false outrage on forums calling for points deduction fines etc when if anything happens with their fans they tend to keep quiet. With all the outrage on here I was expecting a lot worse than what it was. You mention goading which in my opinion is the root of most trouble at grounds, this has increased in recent seasons but some fans think it's ok because it "banter " at Belle Vue the other year some Widnes fans were abusing any Wakefield fan unfortunate to be near them. When they got a reaction and ended up with bloody noses they were crying to stewards saying it not our fault it was only banter, people need to be more responsible for their behaviour abuse someone in the street you most probably get cracked so why should you behave like that in a RL ground. Seen it numerous times try and get a reaction then cry like babies when they get one.
What is the RFL protocol for crowd trouble? they seem to fine some clubs but not others turn a blind eye to some incidents but not others. When was the last time someone got convicted of causing trouble at RL or do they get away with it so no consequences.

I must admit, I can't make head nor tail of what you are trying to say.

Indeed. On reflection, you did our club the biggest favour I can remember taking Rangi at the time.
I don't think I was giving legal advice, just commenting on the incident after the game.
Perhaps I had underestimated the achievement of winning the game.
I'm glad you stayed up too, I much prefer visiting your stadium than Hull KR.

| Quite right Notts Tigers.
A great bit on business from the Tigers. Sell him to the mad doctor for 130K and get him back 18 months later for nowt. Win-win in my book !

Seems to be saying if an opposition fan goads you it's ok to punch them in the nose.

| The way I see it is like this:
Salford took 1000 fans. I estimate 400 entered the pitch at the end, overjoyed at pulling off the greatest of escapes. Most were celebrating amongst themselves, some also went to get a rise out of the home fans.
Some home fans ran on the pitch. They were not in a joyous frame of mind, so let's assume they went to confront the away fans.
Sporadic scuffles inevitably broke out. The instigators should be easy to identify - man, woman or minor, they need banning from the game.
The clubs need fining and Hull KR need to pay for more stewards/ police at games such as this in future.

Fortunately for you and your nonsensical point people are legitimately outraged by it.

If your going to goad fans in that pressure cooker situation you can't be surprised if someone gives you a crack ,cue over the top reaction by certain posters

A hint of crowd trouble and up you pop like the grim reaper. How bizarre you are.

Not sure it is actually.
It's illegal to enter the field at a "designated sporting event". However, my understanding is that only football is deemed to be a "designated event".
Entering the field of play may be against the stadium regulations, but I don't think it's a criminal offence.

It wouldn't have happened if there had been any kind of thought or planning gone into policing, segregating and stewarding the fans. You could see even from the tv it was non existant. Nobody is condoning it but when emotions are running that high from one end of the spectrum to the other this was an incident waiting to happen. Hopefully this is lesson learned for next year, and people's safety won't be taken so lightly.
