Baffling.'"
Yes, but think how good it's going to be looking at the faces of all those Wigan supporters after we've won

I might have considered it, but seeing as though last time I went to a game at Leigh it took me 3 hours to get there from Manchester city centre and I missed the kick off, I dont think I will bother going again.

| 99% sure that London Broncos were told that if they drew Wigan/Widnes or Wire 'away'; it would be at the LSV, and if they drew them at 'home' it would be played at one of the Hull grounds, for some reason I think it was Hull KR, can't remember where they would have played if they drew Hull.

Was the Dave Whelan stadium already booked
London have been a dead man walking for a while now. SKY's commentary v Sheffield was the most bias pile of I've heard in years and now this decision to play a Semi-final at a Neutral ground that is 12 miles from Wigan and 212 miles from the Stoop beggars belief.
Mixed emotions now because I really want London to on the RFL's corn flakes and make the final, but $5,000 to come home to watch Warrington rip us apart may well be a bit too much for me to slide past the Wife.

| London fans don't show up in numbers in their own ground, never mind some neutral venue somewhere in the Midlands.
Credit to those in the minibus or two that will go to Leigh, but that's life.

| wigan v London at leigh sports village, in the borough of wigan?? neutral?? I was right, the teams from west of the pennines always get "home ties" in a semi final, this one is plain ridiculous, clearly this is a massive advantage to wigan and an absolute smack in the face for London.
surely this would have been a perfect opportunity to take a big game down south or the midlands and encourage people to come out and support London? wigan fans would travel in big numbers wherever it was.
an opportunity missed or just the RFL only interested in 2 teams getting to their showcase final?

Ha, you would have been right, must've drank too much on Saturday to think that's to what it was, this is what Broncos were 100% told;
Hull would have been at Headingley
Huddersfield at he Shay
Cats at Perpignon RU
Wigan/Wids or Wire at LSV

Life it may well be, but in the spirit of the Challenge cup, the selection of Leigh is not a neutral in any way shape or form.
If Sheffield had turned us over, do you believe they would have been asked to play Wigan at Leigh? Would they !
David Hughes has gone out of his way to of the RFL in recent years....but he and his spineless gimp of a CEO need to make a stand here.....Leigh is a suburb of Wigan for christ's sake.....how is it neutral?

a cup semi final in a neutral venue in any sport should be be just that, neutral, not decided by who has more fans.
surely we should be encouraging fans from London and the south to attend a semi final not going along the lines of, their home support is rubbish so lets play the game in wigan instead.
only 6000 wigan fans turned up tonight, I wonder how many will bother going to the semi which, again for wigan, is almost a nailed on win?

| or how about we start by having neutral venues that aren't like a home game for one team?
