You can agree to set up a new business, you can agree to buy another business, but surely until exchange of contracts nothing legally ever changes hands?

Owing to how mark Moore proposed to buy the club, the transfer of assets occurred before the deal was finalised.

The Bulls fans seemed very much against this last time as it was also muted that the 2 sports would ground share at Valley Parade.

The RFL buying the lease on Odsal would leave them with an issue, but not an insurmountable one. I'm sure there was a proposal not too long back to get the track back up and running.
