With the current (play off) system, it wont matter if you are 20 points clear of the rest.
Apart from advantage gained for the play offs, there is nothing extra for how many points you have amassed.
Saints and Wire do look nailed on for the top 2 spots but, apart from the hub cap, as you saw last season, it doesnt guarantee winning the GF.
