I agree with him. Difficult to praise clever play in attack when the defending is so shoddy.
The game has settled down a lot since the awful opening, but there's still a big improvement needed. |

| Warrington's game plan early on was spot on. The Hicks try in particular came on the back of going wide very early in the tackle count, right around the Hudds defence which wraps around the middle. No wonder Saints couldn't get past them in the semi though, they only play one-up rugby nowadays
I'm not sure Warrington are as fit as Hudds though, so that could be crucial in the last few minutes of the 2nd half. Game on. |
