That's an interesting point, for a Copyright issue to stand you need to prove loss of earnings. How much would the fees for the commercial be (it's a copy rather than an inspired-by) v's any lost sales (none?)?

I don't think the RFL will be using the company that made this for them again. Never saw the original ad or heard the music, but I've seen this style of video a few times.
