| Quote: Starbug "As long as other non playing issues are used by the RFL to decide who plays where , then every club will be pulled for whatever it is weakest at , with Quins it is attendances , with other clubs it is other issues , if you don't want them to be important , then ask to go back to P and R , simple as'"
To be fair, when we DID have P&R, the same people still moaned about Quins/Broncos. As others have pointed out, when the previous criticisms about overseas players, or ground, or funding, or off-field management got dealt with, new moans came along to replace them. As Eric and Ernie would say, you could barely see the join. I'd lay cash that if Quins were playing in front of 10,000 with an all-English team and making millions in sponsorship, the same people currently moaning about attendances would be complaining about the refs being biased towards them, the fact that some of their juniors had double-barrelled names, or the colour of their shirts.
There's a certain type of RLFans contributor who believes as an article of faith that their own club is somehow disadvantaged by the fact that professional RL exists in London. They usually hold the same belief about Wales. Has been since I started posting more than a decade ago. Always will be.

I challenge you to try getting a simple 'good morning' out of a London bus driver when you show him your ticket.
Best of luck.

I admit it's poor though and Im not sure there's a solution tbh. Not without bags of money and some success. Neither of which look close to happening. Im not sure why it really matters though, as long as we can afford to carry on and are the pinnacle of an exceptional youth and amateur scene in London.
Its a great match day atmosphere, the team are playing some ok stuff this year so I for one would be completely gutted if we disappeared.'"
ditto. I dont wanna see Quins go!
What I don't get is the whole Quins RL hate you see by some fans. They would be happy to see Quins go and be banished from the world of RL forever.
NO RL fan should be happy to see any team go.

Thery are in such high demand they had to give away between 3 or 4 thousand (depending which source you believe) of them before the Castleford game

gives all your fans another chance to tick off the ' I've been to your ground' box. Personally i prefer the older grounds with low roofing . Makes the atmosphere sound much better
