I have never agreed with how the RFL give such massive concessions to expansion teams at the expense of "heartland" clubs.At the end of the day they are the bread and butter of rugby league. The RFL should respect that rather than make it obvious they don't want some clubs, in favour of other clubs without propper infrastructure. However, the London based club is starting to bear fruit. Even though I am a through and through northerner I felt proud hearing Louis Mcarthy-Scarsbrooks cockney accent during an interview recently. The club is just missing good marketing, and identity after such a nomadic existence. They need their own ground, somewhere more accessible than they are now. It will take time, but it's the only way to long term success. Anyone who does not believe in the importance of the London club is a fool. They simply have not had someone in charge with the ability to put in the right level of investment.

Yes, we were placed in the comp without winning promotion and yes, we were allowed extra overseas players for 3 years longer than anyone else.........but give we broke no regulations in 2005....I wam keen to see what other MASSIVE CONCESSIONS we have received. I would also like to know what teams other than the cougars (London) and widnes (dirty french) have been treated badly?

I have no doubt you feel good that London kids who were 9yrs old at the start of SL are now playing at the top level, but sweeping statements like "MASSIVE CONCESSIONS" do you no favours

In my OPINION............the following doen't warrant a SL licence
A 3 stadium

10 overseas players..........with hardly any players that will see 1st team action that have come through your academy (see widnes for an example of how it should be done)

crowds that cause trouble, throw items on the pitch and (according to your own boards) use abusive language towards players and visiting fans alike.

A club with debts that the chairman isn't keen to pay

did I mention a 3 stadium....you can polish a turd and all that........

yet, it's just our crowds that you have issues with.

By the way, neither your opinion nor mine count for anything....it's the "expansionists" at SKY TV and the RFL that count. I reckon you should merge with the bigger and better club in Hull to make way for Tolouse

They should call the new club HULL RLFC and to keep the peace, take the white colour from your strip and the balck from FC

Don't you take more fans everywhere you go than any other clubs' number of home fans? I mean you do have 56,000,000 fans after all........

I'd rather have 1,700 fans who behave as against 56,000,000 which includes such classy elements as this.
