5. 50/50 seats/stands
6. Fully covered stands
7. Access for all ages and abilities
8. Good food and beverages facilities
9. Good Bar (similar to the Quins one)
10. Good patient stewards (Wigan take note)

So you haven't spotted the huge car park next to the stadium or the parking on the surrounding streets (within a 10 minute walk at the most) or even the huge car park next to the hospital and your not interested in a park and ride? Maybe we should chopper you in?

Caddick Construction Ltd does the work. Leeds CF&A (the Rhino's parent company and the company who, up until 2007, owned the cricket side of the ground as well as the rugby side) pays Caddick Construction Plc for the work.

The only difference is that the payment terms are slightly more favourable. The fact that the same person is at the top of both towers is irrelevant. Leeds CF&A still gets invoiced and Caddick Construction still gets paid.

I can't imagine why anybody coming off the M62 wouldn't use the P&R at the KC. It's spot on and much easier than driving to the ground.

Then again, the sort who wouldn't is probably the sort of person who can't fathom out why it takes a while to leave when 12,000+ are all trying to do the same.
